Important Instructions:

• Applicants must complete and submit this form online.

• Applicants must print and submit a completed scholarship form along with the following documents: admission letter, tuition fees receipt, and birth certificate or age declaration.

• Applicants must obtain and submit an attestation/declaration letter from their department, confirming their enrollment in the institution and department.

• For update applications, candidates must reapply and submit on or before October 10, 2019. New applicants must apply and submit on or before October 31, 2019.

• Please return the hard copy of the printed application form and other documents to Umar Abdullahi Galle at the Islamic Society of Eggonland office: No 4, Amra Plaza, Aren Eggon's Palace Road, Nassarawa Eggon, Nasarawa State, Nigeria.

ELIGIBILITY, TERMS, AND CONDITIONS

• Applicants MUST be Muslim and hail from the Eggon community.

• The award is available for regular students ONLY.

• The scholarship is meant to offset tuition fees ONLY.

• Scholarship holders, upon acceptance, agree to allow the ISE to use their name and academic profile for promotional activities when necessary.

• ISE Scholars must submit a progress report duly signed by their department or faculty at the end of the academic session.

• If an awardee withdraws from school after receiving the scholarship, ISE reserves the right to terminate the award immediately.

• Scholarships are awarded at the discretion of the ISE's award committee, and no legal action can be taken against ISE for refusal, denial, suspension, or termination of scholarships.

• Any properly filled or submitted application will NOT be considered.
